Community Standards

A. Open and manage the club

• 1. Club is community space which is made by Softnyx members together. To make more enjoyable and vibrant club, make a plan what would be the common interests, who would be with, and what rules to be followed for managing before opening the club.
  
  
• 2. The club members are made up of master, sub master, operators and general members, and they have their roles and responsibility each. You can check this via Terms of Use and the standards, and each club has its own policy so that there should be no inconvenience in using the club.
  
  
• 3. Clubs provides various services such as managing members and posting, etc. Club master should be well-informed of each function and register the operators for each of them. Registered operators should manage and lead the club with master and sub master.
  
  
• 4. Many people use club service so community standards should be followed. When you manage the club, it happens to be violated regulation. If this situation continues, you can face sanctions by administrators. Therefore master, sub master and operators should manage continuously not to be applied sanctions. Softnyx will try to provide good services caring carefully not to have any inconvenience for managing club. Also we will keep support you to solve difficulties which can be caused while managing such as posting and Material management.
  
  
• 5. All the postings and the materials of club are useful assets not only for all the club members but also for Softnyx. Therefore the postings or material should not be used of personal profit or illegal purposes, or provided to the third party. If you are against the rules, you can get suspended to use club service.

B. Register the club and activities

• 1. Managing policy exists for each club as well as terms of use and community standards. You should check these policy and rules and look around to see if it is the right club for you before registering.
  
  
• 2. Writing a post or comment is not only sharing the information but also sympathizing and accumulating friendship one another. The writer should consider if the writing can damage to someone or it is against the terms of use. Club master, sub master and operators should keep checking the writing to create good club atmosphere, and can delete the writings and materials without forewarning if they are against the terms of use or community standards. If you find bad postings or materials, report to master and operators, or report to Softnyx through QnA.

C. Delegate the master and close the club

The club is a precious space in which you are with your members. When you close the club unavoidably, please consider that the information and material can be helpful to others. Also, club can exist by delegation of master or new operators keeping the precious materials.

• 1. Proceed the delegation of master after discussion with the member who would be new master. Master has the authority of all the decision and responsibility therefore master should have quality and will to manage the club well.
  
  
• 2. Keep in mind that Softnyx can take action such as restricting the authority of master partially or delegating to the master who does not login over 3 months.
  
  
• 3.In case when the master gets suspended by Softnyx and cannot keep the authority as a master, sub master should take the role, and if there is no sub master, the operators should do it.

Use limitation regulation

Softnyx takes action to operate the club more fun and healthy as below.
Operators monitor the members and their club for smoother operation and take action when an offence is found.

(So-called "operators" are the members who grasp the needs of members or club for smoother operation and improved service quality, try to solve it and take measures to an offence.)

A. Regulation for illegal/bad posting

• 1. Regulation for obscene posting
• - Exposure of man/woman’s sexual organs or anus or similar contents of it
• - Or, even though it is not exposed directly, the contents of silhouette or emphasis excessively
• - Description of sexual act between opposite/same sex
• - The contents of exposure or abnormal sexuality such as sexual torture
• - Postings providing the site link including obscenity

In case of posting obscene materials above this, utilization suspension is imposed or club is closed.



• 2. Regulation for illegality
• - The contents of encouraging or beautifying criminal act
• - Violence, sexual violence, drugs, theft, homicide, or antisocial included contents
• - Procuring prostitution or online adult entertainment, or including similar information

In case of posing illegal materials above this, utilization suspension is imposed or club is closed.



• 3. Regulation for adolescent incongruent postings
• - The repellent contents or URL for it
• - Description of excessive blood or cruel contents such as the physical damages, or URL for it.
• - Drugs, effect or manufacturing process of drug harmful to juveniles
• - Gambling, theft, assult or unlawful act

In case of inappropriate postings above this, utilization suspension is imposed or club is closed.



• 4. Regulation for illegal transaction

The club for commercial transaction can be closed for healthy enjoyable community, and permanent suspension can be imposed especially for illegal transaction item. Softnyx holds no liability for any transaction through club, and stays out of dispute between members when existence of dispute.



• 5. Regulation for defamation
• - Violate privacy or portrait rights
• - Slander certain individual or groups or spread false information
• - Insult individual’s character with abusive language or linguistic violence or unpleasant contents

Please report through Softnyx QnA if you harmed your reputation by certain club.



• 6. Regulation for infringement of copyright

You should be authorized by the holder of a right before you release the writing of club in other place or utilize. If you infringe other’s rights, legal conflict can happen. Softnyx stays out of this kind of dispuste.

If you do this kind of act without the agreement of the holder of the right, Softnyx can impose the suspension for using club. Please report through QnA when you are infringed. If you make a false report, the suspension will be imposed to the reporter.



• 7. Forbid behaviour
• - Providing all or some of the information/materials acquired through club to third party without prior agreement for profit making purpose
• - Accessing or using the service through the program in mechanical way which is not authorized by Softnyx
• - Impersonate a Softnyx administrator or induce or expose other's personal information
• - Forbidden act in Terms of use of Softnyx and Club, and community standards

In case of the act against purpose of the club judging by administrater above this, utilization suspension is imposed or club is closed.

B. Measure for illegal/bad act of utilization

Softnyx can impose a suspension against club use under below regulations.

• 1. Measure for postings

In the case of infringement of the writings or comments in club against Terms of Use, operators can warn to writer, and if there is no improvement, the posting can be deleted or exposure can be restricted. Also, the level of violation is judged as excessive, operators should delete the writing right away and can impose the suspension(permanent).



• 2. Measure for public relations

In the case that the public relations contain unsoundness, operators can delete it arbitrarily and warn or restrict the publicizing function judging the level of the contents. Also, if the infringement recurs, the administrators can impose the suspension for club use to the writer.



• 3. Measure for Club

Softnyx can warn club master if many postings against the Terms of Use and Community standards are registered or registered regularly, and can impose the suspension for the club for certain period or close if it is not improved. Also, the club can be closed if there is no activity over certain period of time in accordance with 7-(d) in Term of Use.

• 4. Measure for Member

If the member posts unhealthy postings or acts violated to Term of Use, he/she can get warned by operators, and if the matter of violations are not fixed, he/she can be imposed suspension for the club temporarily or permanently.

This regulation is applied from 1 AUG 2014.
