[Club Activity] I want to know the poll function in detailed way.

Poll function can be added as on option when writing.
(Operators can setup the class for use poll function and the memebers under the class cannoot see the option.)

- Poll function is added on selected writing when you select `use` of poll function.
- You can select voting period selecting ordinary or end date. On the end date, poll is finished automatically.
  (The resulf of closed poll is diplayed.)
- You can enter 4 basic clauses and upto 10.

[!] Operators can setup the class which can participate voting.
