[Manage and Operate] How can I create new board?

Operators can create or change the option through the menu, [manage board > add/setup board].

1. Click `Add` button, and you will move to the screen of Add/setup board.


2. Select `Board` in the option for adding.(`Classification` is selected when add the classification for the board group.)
3. Enter the name of the board and select the classification for the board.
(No classified board will be exposed on the top.)
4. In case of using `lockdown setting, general members cannot write.
(Master, sub master and operators can write.)
5. The board is created when you click `Apply` button after selecting option.
