[Manage and Operate] Master does not access. What can we do?

Although master does not access, club can be managed by sub master.
If the problemfor managing club is occurred since the master does not access so long, report below information via QnA.

Club name, club address, current master nickname, the nickname of the member who would be  the master, the reason of change
(The class of the new master must be over operators.)

Master will be changed when there is no problem after reviewing serveral clauses such as the last access record of current master and new master`s activity, etc.
