[Manage and Operate] How can I add operators?

Club operators are added with the menu of manage membership > manage operators

1. Open selecting member window through `Search` button.
2. Click `Confirm` after selecting search criteria and detailed condition
3. Select the member who would be registered as operators.
4. Check the funtion which would be managed by selected member.
5. Click `Register` button to complete.

ps) Upto 10 operators are registered.
