Master authority can be transferred to over the class of operators.
After the transfer, the previous master`s class will be changed into general member.
Club master can manage all the funtion of club, and also member compulsive withdrawal, club close. It takes responsibilites.
After checking the password and nickname of receiver for identifying, clicking `Transfer` button can complete the transfer.
