Yes, you could create upto 5 clubs.

However operating club is more important than creating it.
If you create too many clubs and operating clubs will be hard. At last, no one will visit the club.

[!] Softnyx clubs will be monitored regularly and close the clubs if the club has poor utilizaion state or no avtivity or visits.
